From the ancestral rhythms to the electric street dance energies, this intensive offers an immersive journey into the "Source" of these movements led by industry legends.

Come prepared to sweat and learn authentic techniques, but more importantly, come ready to embrace the true +233 spirit of camaraderie, community and culture.

This is a space to feed off each other’s collective energy, support one another, and celebrate our growth.

The Source Intensive is a transformational one-day deep dive into African dance culture!

Every edition explores a different African nation, offering the ultimate "home away from home" experience, across seven hours of pure energy, community and camaraderie.

Your journey features three immersive dance classes led by world-class educators from Africa and its diaspora, guiding you through a progressive exploration of dance, history, and heritage.

Designed to nourish the whole self, the day includes a communal lunch break to fuel connection, alongside on-site massage and physical therapy to support your body’s performance. We close the experience with a high-spirited freestyle cypher: a space to socialise, release, and celebrate the enduring power of African culture with YOUR brand-new community.

We had Amapiano Foundations led by the incredibly Lapree Lala, Amapiano Choreography by the amazing BernitaZM and a culture-filled Pantsula Masterclass by Sibusiso all the way from Johannesburg!
