1. What is Step In2 Afro?
Step In2 Afro is a London-based dance platform dedicated to teaching modern African dance styles through weekly classes, 4-week training programs, freestyle labs, and community events. We focus on ALL Afro Dance styles such as Azonto, Amapiano, Coupé Décalé and Afrohouse to name a few.

2. Do I need dance experience to join?
Not at all! Our classes and programs are beginner-friendly and designed for all levels. Whether it’s your first time dancing or you're a seasoned mover looking to deepen your Afro dance foundations, there’s a space for you at Step In2 Afro.

3. Where do classes and programs take place?
All of our classes and programs are held at Le Dance Studios (2 Tandy Place, London E20 3AS). The studio is easily accessible via Hackney Wick, Stratford International or Stratford stations and is equipped with mirrors, sprung floors, toilets and changing facilities.

4. What dance styles can I learn with Step In2 Afro?
We teach a wide range of Afro dance styles, and we have training programs with a specialist focus as well. Dance styles include, but are not limited to:
- Azonto (Ghana)
- Naija Fusion (Nigeria)
- Coupé Décalé (Ivory Coast)
- Ndombolo (Congo)
- Amapiano (South Africa)
- AfroHouse (Angola)
Each style is taught with foundational technique, cultural context, and space to grow your freestyle and expression.

5. What is The Origin Program (TOP.)?
TOP. is our signature 4-week Afro dance training program designed to help you go deeper into specific styles. Each volume focuses on one dance form, led by expert instructors, and includes drills, freestyle exploration, and performance training. It’s open to all levels and runs quarterly.
